Before Fulfillment

If an order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it.

After Digital Delivery

Once digital license information has been delivered, cancellation may be restricted depending on:

  • Product type.
  • License status.
  • Activation status.
  • Applicable law.
  • Whether the digital product can reasonably be returned or disabled.

Activated Products

Activated or registered licenses may not be eligible for cancellation unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
