1. Reseller Approval

Commercial resale may require prior approval.

Creating an ordinary customer account does not automatically create reseller rights.

2. Authorized Products

Only products specifically identified as eligible for resale may be resold.

3. Reseller Responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for:

  • Not making false affiliation claims.
  • Not modifying license information.

4. Prohibited Resale

Resellers must not:

5. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing and reseller access may be subject to separate agreements.

We may suspend reseller access where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraud.
  • Unauthorized resale.
  • License abuse.
  • Payment abuse.
  • Misrepresentation.
  • Violation of publisher terms.
